The advertised price is subject to change based on land availability and current construction costs.
The total package price is the amount payable after taking into account both the Federal and State Government grants of $25,000 and $20,000 respectively as well as the First Home Owners Grant of $10,000. Eligibility criteria applies and purchasers are to make their own enquiries as to their eligibility.
Persona Homes does not own the land. The package is made available by the land developer authorising Persona Homes to advertise the land and proposed home as a complete package. The land component will include a separate contract with the developer and the price does not include purchasing costs such as stamp duty, settlement costs and other associated costs involved in the transfer of the land. A separate contract is required for the construction component.
