From the start to moving in, we have thoroughly enjoyed building our home with Persona Homes.
When my wife and I decided to build a 2-storey house, because of our block dimensions, we looked at various designs and building companies.
Mainstream building companies prefer that you choose their design and then modifies it to suit your requirements. All designs shown to us did not fit our requirements.
We saw a Persona Homes sign at a building site and decided to have a look. We were at first very apprehensive of using a Custom Builder because they do not have display homes.
Then I met Des de Santos, General Manager and my perspective changed. I was introduced to C Y Lim, Company Owner and felt very comfortable with the company. I gave them our requirements and a few designs were presented.
Our Liaison Officer, Yovita and our Consultant, Clint de Santos were always available and will reply to any request or query within a day.
The build was of a high quality and Persona Homes was easy to communicate with.
Special thanks to Nunzio, our building supervisor, what a great guy. He was always accessible, responsive and highly professional.
Issues were quickly sorted and Persona Homes’ response to plan changes were prompt.
We are both very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the company and found them to be very flexible and innovative.
